We work from home and use computers for video chat, calls, and emailing with you. Our secure video chat meetings do not require installation of any programs, and come by clicking a link on your smartphone, tablet, or computer (with camera and microphone). If needed, Melissa can meet you in person, typically in a family court conference room.
If you need to drop off a payment or documents when online communication isn't suitable, you are welcome to use our drop box. It is on the wall to the left of the office building entry door. Please let us know when you've dropped it off.
The office dropbox is only five minutes from Thurston County Family Court. From I-5, take exit 104 onto Highway 101 and take the first exit on the right (Cooper Pt. Road, Automall Drive, Crosby Blvd. exit). Turn toward the automall and then go right at the AM/PM gas station, onto Evergreen Park Drive and then turn right again after the gas station onto S Evergreen Parkway Dr SW. Crosby court is the third cul-de-sac on your left side. (Hwy 101 is zooming by on your right.) At the end of the cul-de-sac Bristol Court Condos is on the left side. You can put papers in the Ascher & Denton white, locked steel drop box on the left side of the entrance door to Building A, which is the first building on the left as you enter the business complex.
You can also reach the office from downtown Olympia by going up Courthouse Hill on the west side of Capitol Lake or from West Olympia off Cooper Point Drive past the auto mall.
